Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes' five-year marriage is done and the divorce case is closed, reports AP.
Court records filed in a New York City court indicate the divorce was rubber-stamped on Monday. Their lawyers and reps wouldn't disclose details.
The news comes just shy of two months after Holmes and Cruise announced the surprising news that they were splitting. The stars reached an agreement in July less than two weeks after that.
